The website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc., which receives the technical data needed to show you the pages and protect the site from abuse, such as your IP address and browser type, and keeps it under its own policies. The website cannot be visited without this data. Legal basis: legitimate interest in keeping the website available and secure (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Videos. The Vimeo player (Vimeo.com, Inc.) loads on the production pages and receives your IP address and technical data about your device; the full-length video only loads if you choose to open it. Vimeo processes this data as an independent controller: https://vimeo.com/privacy Legal basis: legitimate interest in showing the artistic work (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Email and phone. If you write or call, including to request the video password, the controller receives your contact details and whatever you share. They are used only to reply to you, for as long as needed to reply and handle the contact. Email is handled through Microsoft's Outlook.com service. Providing this data is optional. Legal basis: your request and the legitimate interest in replying (Art. 6(1)(b) and 6(1)(f) GDPR).

The website uses no visitor analytics, profiling, advertising or automated decision-making.

This website sets no cookies of its own. The Vimeo player may set technical security cookies, which do not require consent.

Cloudflare and Vimeo are based in the United States. Transfers rely on the European Commission's adequacy decision for the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, to which both adhere.

By writing to tedesco1992@hotmail.it you can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, and object to its processing. You can also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it) or with the authority of the country where you live.
